In the city where you are no longer allowed to smoke joints on the street from mid-2023, it is apparently still allowed to advertise to become addicted to gambling. A strange paradox of which Combino 2086 is the example. Here in service on line 12.

This 2086 is delivered to the GVB on 01/07/2003 and one month later on 01/08/2003 put into service on line 25 (President Kennedylaan - Centraal Station).
