We went out last night to meet with friends and enjoy some pre-Christmas fare. The lighting in this room caught my eye. Hope you are having a good weekend. Our usual daily temperature in December is around 16-18C but right now we have 28C!

This was one of the best Northern Lights shows that we (myself and Dave Morrow) saw on our recent trip around the Arctic Circle in Norway and Sweden.
This particular show is reflected in Ullsfjorden near Tromsø in northern Norway. It was actually a bit of a climb to get down to the edge of the fjord to get these rocks in the shot, but I think it was totally worth it!

Every once in a while I take a shot so bad it's almost good. I wanted a late night shot of Busselton jetty, but my camera's attention was focused elsewhere. So here you have it, Busselton jetty as I never intended.

These little lights are in my herb garden along the front walk-way. I just love the pretty patterns they make.
