I was so very sad to hear of your passing tonight.
You were such a gift, your talent will leave a wide gap in the literary world and will be sadly missed.
One of my favourite songs:
There are so many renditions of this song by many artists, it is just so beautiful.

At number 6 you will find "Centrespace" an independent and sustainable community of artists and craftspeople offering both studio space, workshops, events and a gallery space for hire. The building was originally occupied by artists in the late 1970’s and has been running as a co-operative since 1987.
Leonard lane a medieval thoroughfare following the inner line of the City walls. The double yellow lines indicate that it still retains full highway status, although at the Corn Street end it is probably less than 1 metre wide.
The stunning church by Bartley Green Reservoir
The church dates from the 15th century. It was altered around 1751 when the wooden tower was rebuilt in stone, restored in 1873 and there were other alterations and additions 1931 – 1932 by Bateman. There was another restoration in 1947 following a fire.
The tower main arch has a hood mould with head stops depicting King George V and Queen Mary.
The building is constructed from sandstone in a red and grey colour, until 1965 the tower contained two bells.[2] A new church hall was constructed in 2005

The name that no human research can discover--
But THE CAT HIMSELF KNOWS, and will never confess.
When you notice a cat in profound meditation,
The reason, I tell you, is always the same:
His mind is engaged in a rapt contemplation
Of the thought, of the thought, of the thought of his name:
His ineffable effable
Effanineffable
Deep and inscrutable singular Name.

Comet Leonard on the 27th December 2021, as seen from the west coast of Tasmania. The comet was visible to the naked eye from this location, and this image is processed to match the view that I had in 8x42 binoculars (through which I could see 3 degrees of tail).
I didn't have my tracking mount with me, so I stacked 100 x 0.5 sec exposures with a 200mm telephoto lens at f/4 and 6400 iso.
Leonard of Limoges was a wealthy noble who lived during the rule of Clovis I (c. 466 – 511) who was the first King of the Franks. The Frankish people were West Germanic tribes who worshipped the pagan gods introduced by the Romans. Clovis I was converted to Christianity at Christmas 496 by Saint Remigius (c. 437–533) the Bishop of Rheims and Apostle of the Franks after the help of God was invoked to repel an invading army. Leonard was converted to Christianity at the same time as Clovis. He made the decision to adopt a life devoted to God and was offered the position of a bishop which de declined. The highest dignity that Leonard would accept was that of a deacon. King Clovis promised that any worthy prisoner converted to Christianity by Leonard would be released and Leonard was given the right to liberate worthy prisoners on behalf of King Clovis. Leonard entered the monastery at Micy near Orleans and then became a hermit in the forest of Limousin attracting many followers. Leonard was granted royal lands at Noblac, near Limoges, where he founded the abbey of Noblac.

Artist and founder of Human Nature Charlotte Webster explains how the ambitious project came about: “I lived in Bristol for a number of years, and walking down Leonard Lane six months ago I felt compelled to shift its direction. www.bristol247.com/culture/art/streets-alive/

Comet Leonard is behaving like an incredible comet in the southern hemisphere, which has encouraged me to photograph it with a remote telescope located at the Hakos farm in Namibia. My personal tribute to one of the greatest musicians...Leonard Cohen (1934 -2016)
I'm not good with a brush or pen so I've chosen the type of painting I try my hand at from time to time.
It was difficult for me to choose the music because the list of favorite songs is not short.

☄️ Comète Leonard en approche 😱.
.

Even though this is not the shot I had in mind, I am still pleased that we were at least able to find and see the comet Leonard. It was not visible to the naked eye at the time, so we just trusted the directions for the correct location and hoped that something would show up in the camera. I still was not able to see it as I was looking through the lens, but was thrilled when I zoomed in and saw that it was indeed there. Really felt lucky because right after the sun came up the clouds rolled in. This was taken with an 85mm lens at F2.
