My latest project is RC retro truck. Its features include front and rear suspension, drive with L-motor and a small Spike motor for steering, and a retro design with a rounded nose, a curved roof, and a triple-curved hood. The key part is the Corner Quarter Ellipse Technic Panel, which is 5x3x2. Sadly, they are available in only a few colors. I chose yellow since it is common and convenient, although green could be a good option. I used matching L-shaped quarter Ellipse Liftarms to extend the hood and was happy with the result. Also, it was the first time I had 49.5x14 wheels in my MOC. I added some details: openable doors, exhaust pipe, air tank, storage compartment, and mudguards. The final touch is stickers: logos, wheel details, mirrors, wood planks in the bed, and a number plate. The main inspiration is a Mercedes Benz L truck from the 60s, #kurzhauber; I see them a lot on the roads of Brazil.
My LEGO model of NASA's Viking 1 Mars lander from 1976. It was the first fully successful Mars lander in history.

The 1924 Targa Florio winner car was a 2 liter, 4 cylinder, super-charged Mercedes, with Chistian Werner at the wheel. This car is an early example of the famous Merceds Compressor series, culminating in the famous SSK and SSKL.
Unlike the usual white livery of the Mercedes racers, this car was actually painted red: Rumour has it this was a camouflage strategy to stop Italian fanatics from throwing rocks at the passing car, because it might be taken for Italian.
In the 1920ies, the race cars were actually driven to the race track on public roads like normal automobiles. For this trip, mudguards and license plates had to be mounted, to comply with traffic regulations. My model is shown in both configurations: as a slick racer, and as a roadworthy automobile.

Turret actually doesn't contain any motors and can rotate any number of turns. Gun elevation is done through linkage with that www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=15100
Also flex hoses make up the shape of the turret.

Pentri's duty was to protect the Fe-Matoran of Nynrah, but lacking a Turaga's leadership and chastising the Nynrah Ghosts' involvement in the creation and retailing of deadly weapons, she soon decided to spend her life in reclusion, meditating, training herself and attuning her mind to the elements around her. Everything changed when Makuta Kuperix was sent to the island of Nynrah in order to dispose of the Ghosts; Pentri had no choice but to engage the menace in order to protect the lives of her tribe.
Pentri, despite her overwhelming amount of physical strenght and durability, lacks practical combat experience. She's been an hermit for most of her life, but is very sociable and friendly. She has strong values and condemns violence, but her lack of guidance and her headstrong nature rarely allow her to come to moral compromises. She is equipped with a Kanohi Pakari and a pair of devastating Jackhammer Claws, and she can harden her outer armor using her elemental powers.

OK, let's try something bigger than just creator expert... What would you think of something more luxurious?

Next round of the actual contest on RogueBricks.de
This time the topic is ,mechanical'. And of course again with not more than 101 elements.
So I picked two LEGO container carts with handholds (30150) and put all the mechanical stuff inside to let the HipHop Minifigs do some breakdancing.
I guess totally not more than 60 parts. So, this is the smallest HipHop Stage in the (LEGO) world.

I made this moving PacMan display that uses inter channel figures. The actual IDEA project page has gifs that show the moving of the figures in the build. The movement is done with a manual crank on the side of the stand which can be seen on other images in the project. The ghost figures on the stand are interchangeable with the figures you see on the side.
