The full chassis of the ATS, missing the front upper suspension arms. The full model will be published by Monday.

Lego model of the British Class E side tank shunter introduced by Worsdell in 1886. A whoppig 120 units were built between 1886 and 1895. Minor changes then led to the J72 design. In 1961, the last J71 was finally withdrawn from service, after 74 year in operation.

I chose this prototype, because the design with inside cylinders and internal valve gear lent itself best to make an (almost) scale model with functioning pneumatic engine. The machine has serious torque, will start in any position (no dead center), and can already be operated with a single Lego hand pump. No pneumatic parts were harmed or modified during the process, just some silicone oil applied!

How Technic Bulldog got it's name...

Wacky Wanda began dabbling in engineering design and fabrication with Lord Sam Sinister's updated Sherlock Holmes insipred androids, young Prof. Moriarty & his Hound of the Baskervilles, as well as the Grabbycrabby android. With Sinister's financial backing, her long envisioned engineering business venture, the company known as Technic Bulldog, came into full swing. The steam powered gatling gun, shown at the bottom right, was Technic Bulldog's first “production” model. But, this strange steam powered creation was almost immediately upgraded to diesel power for true mass production. Other upgrades can be seen in the photos above. The upgraded Diesel Punk Gatling Gun became the official logo/trademark of Wanda's company, Technic Bulldog.

Lego Technic Eurorack case / additional case powered with the Doepfer A-100 Small Supply / Bus

This one's been sitting around for a long while. Originally built not long after the start of TWR, she sat around for several years in a state I was never satisfied with. Glad she's finally been properly finalized. I think the inspiration for this one was purely the color pallet if I remember correctly. I still like the pallet a lot, along with the design in general. Happy with how solid and cohesive everything looks on her.

Small video highlighting truck features.

My entry for the LUGNuts 100th (!) Build Challenge.

I chose #72, so I was tasked to build “a 2015 Jaguar F-Type or any Year Porsche 911.” Naturally, I went with the Porsche.

My MOC is based on a 1992 964 Carrera Cup version; basically a lightweight, RWD, Carrera RS version for the States to satisfy the racing scene.

The car is built with a boxer six hanging behind the rear wheels, driving the rear wheels through a four speed manual transmission. The car has full independent suspension, with dual A-arms on the front, and a short/long arm setup on the rear. Steering is done through a HOG gear on the dash, or from the steering wheel. There is one seat for the driver. Installed is a fire extinguisher and a roll cage, just in case. Full OCTAN livery, because some things must be done.

Here you can see the full driveline.

Showing the working suspension. I worked weeks on the setup for each road wheel. All six had different interior constraints, so I used three different suspension techniques.

My own lego creation. Here you can watch this model in motion.

This Lego Technic MOC was built special for LEGO Technic Mercedes-Benz Future Truck competition. The goal: to construct Mercedes-Benz truck of the 2045 year. So it’s my version - Multifunctional Truck Platform. This model is based on six-wheel AWD module with full independent suspension and outriggers (2xXL motors, dimensions – 48x23x9 cm, total weight – 1580 g). The module is pilotless and it has electric motors. The cabin is just an option because the modules can be united and there is no need to have the cabin in each module. The module has zero turning radius. It can be remote controlled at distance up to 1,5 km for local maneuvering. The wide range of the rigs can be mounted on it. I’ve built the truck body and the excavator for instance. The truck body has all-side unloading; it’s very comfortable at narrow building areas. The excavator has one extra function – an extensible boom. So it has very high performance and wide range of working.

Lego model of the tracked vehicle that marked the transition from three-wheeled design (as inherited by the C. L. Best traction engines) to the classic "Caterpillar" design of the Holt Co. By 1925, the companies were merged to form Caterpillar Co.

The model features remote control drive and steering by tiller wheel, using a BuWizz receiver.

The BMW R nine E is the motorrad for the future built for the 2017 Rebrick Technic Contest.

This streetfighter style motorcycle features a dual motor boxer electric drive with the battery mounted underneath.

Dual titanium single sided swingarms with internal cardan drives give style and function to the suspension with dual wheel traction for superior control.

Responsive steering is accomplished with an optimally place virtual pivot.

Model of a Foden steam-powered logging tractor

The 1924 Targa Florio winner car was a 2 liter, 4 cylinder, super-charged Mercedes, with Chistian Werner at the wheel. This car is an early example of the famous Merceds Compressor series, culminating in the famous SSK and SSKL.

Unlike the usual white livery of the Mercedes racers, this car was actually painted red: Rumour has it this was a camouflage strategy to stop Italian fanatics from throwing rocks at the passing car, because it might be taken for Italian.

In the 1920ies, the race cars were actually driven to the race track on public roads like normal automobiles. For this trip, mudguards and license plates had to be mounted, to comply with traffic regulations. My model is shown in both configurations: as a slick racer, and as a roadworthy automobile.
