Here's my entry for the first day of VignWeek 2022. The prompt is Classic Set Revamp and I chose set 6949 Robo-Guardian from 1994.

I owned the set as a kid, so I still has some parts and I managed to keep some of the key feature of the set.

LEGO Store Grand Re-opening Exclusive Commemorative Set - Mall of America, Minneapolis, MN with the massive life-size brick-built sculpture that is its inspiration in background.
The first 300 customers to spend $35 in the LEGO Store on December 4, 2010 received an exclusive, limited-edition LEGO Robot set.
A BMI (brain machine interface) was incorporated into a general-purpose manned weapon, and an adaptive pilot made the conventional weapon obsolete.
Due to the humanoid shape of this machine, natural BMI feedback to passengers is possible and high maneuverability is possible.
an unfinished large size bot, more for study now, but high hopes with lots of learnings in joint design and sizing.
The model has many points of articulation and is very poseable.

FN7-1 Ronin
—-
[Information]
Equipped with stabilizers alongside boosters to account for different levels of gravity; the FN7-1 Ronin is well suited for combat in a variety of situations. An ideal pick for any ace pilot looking for a reliable war machine.
The Ronin was developed by REXCO as a flagship model for commercial distribution. The model proved popular among mercenaries and pilots, due to its speed and maneuverability, whether on the ground or in space. It has also proved itself popular among pirates too, as a handful of mechs are smuggled into the black market every so often.
Standard equipment for the Ronin includes the REXCO patented Plasma Cutter, an ideal tool for cutting open hatches and ships, in order to board or salvage the ship. Conveniently the Plasma Cutter also makes for a handy weapon as well, as it is capable of cutting up other mechs as well. On the frame itself it is equipped with boosters and additional foot grips, to make traversing in low gravity easier. Additionally the head is equipped with high quality long distance sensors, to give pilots an extra edge in battle.
The Ronin provides the means necessary for any pilot to pursue their own goals. Be it fortune, glory or anything else. The Ronin doesn’t judge.
Versatile. Agile. Deadly. A blade awaiting its master. The Ronin.

[Build Notes]
My first completely new mech of 2021, complete with new color scheme and frame. Some time ago I had ordered the white face cover that you see here on the Ronin, however I never got to use it until now. I wanted to make a simple and defined design for the head, so the piece was chosen.
Most of the sand green pieces you see on the mech are from Lloyd’s mech from the Ninjago Movie set. So if you want to recreate this mech you can probably do it if you salvaged parts from that set.
My first Lego mech. Light construction adapted to work in M-Tron complexes. Easy to configure - there is a possibility to quick change kind of arms.
There is a number and type of machine on left arm - LM63 - Light Mech, number 63.
I had a lot of issues during rendering, flex element was invisible after render, so I decided to remove that element and use other solution.

What started out as an autonomous #robot has ended up as a small anti-infantry #walker. I just can't seem to get the lightness of frame I want in a scout walker. #Lego #MOC #afol #legomoc #legopic #legocreation #legomilitary #apocalego #legostagram #legospace #legoscifi #legomania #legomilitary #legomech #legomecha #legowalker #mech #mecha #legorobot
The swamps rest still, not a sound to be heard for miles except that of running water. The deadliest of predators lurks below the surface, motionless. Many believe the secret to hunting to be a matter of strength, or perhaps a display of endurance. Toa of Water Ihuroa knows it to be a test of patience, and when the moment is right she always strikes true.

Older bots didn't have a lot going for them in terms of emotional expression. You can never quite be sure just what they're thinking.
Depth Charge is a character from Transformers: Beast Wars cartoon series. He turns into a Manta Ray and also a space cruiser mode.
My LEGO rendition of Depth Charge improved upon his original toy by making him more proportionate (read: sexy) and less top heavy. And he finally has a well sculpted waist and abs, well deserving for a robotic warrior constantly on a hunt .

Despite her experience she was defeated in combat.
Whoever was sent to kill her was definitely no standard operative
But is this truly the end (probably not) but it'll hurt nonetheless
The war goes on
My fist LEGO Sifi Truck, done it for the Earth 2 series. This is a refuelling truck, in the back it has two fuel cell refuelling nodes that are replenished by the large tanks. The truck can use fuel from the storage tanks. This truck was previously military. It has tow small rocket racks for defence against any type of assailants.
Built using only parts from LEGO set 31102, this crocodile turns into a robot with reassembly of parts. He's fairly poseable too!

The bassist for the robot rock band, joining Queen Bou-D-1CA (see my previous moc) and Bullseye (see my previous moc) Gusoku the Low plays with such blistering speed he only needs 2 strings on his bass.
Fun fact about this particular model: That bass works! You can actually get notes out of it! 😄
And with that, our power trio is complete. It’s time to build them some amps and get them up on stage. Watch this space…
Hero Factory's best designs are forged in times of hardship. And what could be worse than a mass breakout inside the villain storage facility?
When tasked to come up with a solution, one of the designers came up with the "FUgitive Catching Contraption", a special piece of equipment meant to quickly capture runaway villains. Proto Team rookie Willow Chase was equipped with a special interface that connected directly with this brand new piece of tech.
Unfortunately, the FU.C.C. was not without its flaws. Most of all, aiming at both wrists at the same time was quite the challenge. Secondly, Willow suffered from very poor eyesight. By the time she finally got an upgraded optic, the crisis was already averted.
Rarely descends from orbit, preferring instead to utilize its high-power energy rifle to repress foes on the surface below. Although it almost never has to use them, it is skilled with a pair of durasteel blade as well.

So, uh... white lego model.... on a white background. Yeeeeeah.
