One of my favorite MOCs technique wise. A fairly non descript character design but lots of armor placement I'm super happy with.
Ventos is an Admiral of Odessa's planetary navy and commands its eleventh fleet. Though he'd rather be kicking people and partying on week days.
Model of a historic fire engine, with many operational functions: RC driving+steering, fire ladder, side supports, and motorized water pump.

I used short travel shock absorbers at each corner, but the truck still has good articulation.

This is Doctor Johannes Guericke, Nemesis of Ean Smith by @ems_mocs
"In the vacuum of space no one can hear you making fun of me!"
Once a brilliant engineer working for Hero Factory, he was left stranded alone in space because of a research mission gone wrong. After being recruited by the Villain Factory, he developed a special power armor and a super weapon, the "Black Hole", capable of absorbing matter and creating bubbles of space vacuum. He's out for revenge against Hero Factory, so that no one may disrespect his genius again.
His enemy, the Hero Ean Smith, is equipped with sound based weaponry. The choice of a device that could create space-vacuum, stopping sound waves from propagating altogether, was only logical. In his early stages he resembled a classic, modern-day astronaut with space-horror elements, but that didn't really fit the character. A huge inspiration for the final design, especially in his proportions and poses, was Sigma from Overwatch, a character with a similar backstory. My friends helped me come up with a personality that suited him, one that was villanous enough without being over the top: he's very self conscious, he uses his powers to stop people from making fun of him (in earlier stages they said he resembled Buzz Lightyear, calling him "human vacuum cleaner" and "pinhead". Petter Naugh and I thought it would be funny for is motivation to be seeking revenge for all the bullying he went through).
Von Nebula has obtained the blueprints for the Makuhero City Hero Factory facility, and he has recruit his own army of Villains, now they are getting more dangerous in his new structure!
New heroes are ready to face them and each of them to target a specific villain, their NEMESIS!
I took this quick video of Alexanader Holroyd's 'Flying Saucers' that I saw at BrickCon 2016.
(Be patient, may take a few seconds to load for some of you.)
I added the background music snippet, The Irish R.M. - Slippers Dance, for your 'listening as you are viewing' pleasure!
First things first. So much of this design came from vincez01, and his great little T-62. This can be seen here. Thanks so much.
Secondly, on this model I finally figured out I need to start building with Dark Bluish Grey, and no longer Dark Gray. I cannot find, nor do I want to pay for Dark Gray any longer. Sorry for the mixture.
The Model. This is my 1/24 scale version of the famous T-72 tank. The tank has all the working features I could fit into it. Working suspension, working driveline, accurate scale, full Power Functions. The tank has two PF M working each track, and one for the rotation of the turret. Each wheel is suspended, using three different suspension methods, all due to different constraints on space, movement, and need.
Hope you enjoy, all comments are welcome.

A medium size Lego Technic Chopper based of LEGO official 8430 motorbike/chopper set. Earlier before I had the idea to build a chopper and because I had mod'ed the 8430 A model already I thought that I could do the same thing with the B model. So here it is, not the best built, but because I made it in like 1-2 hours I believe it came out well :)
Coming this tomorrow...!

A engineering robot created by the E.m. company (Engineering Mechanisms). She is the next line of Em bots as Emma was the first.
A new post for the first time in ages: Say hello to Taliss. Not one of my most complex or impressive MOCs, but a solid and well characterized build. Her name was originally used by ten year old me for a giant ice spider. Like many of my other characters (Incendia, Eaquaydo etc.) she's a complete reinvention of a very old idea, almost just an homage.

The building instruction on rebrickable.com:
LEGO Technic model of a Watt type walking beam stationary steam engine. Engines like this were used in the early19th century for powering factories and weaving mills. Includes all the major moving parts.
The blue engine incorporates a Watt's parallelogram, while the red one uses a crosshead for guiding the piston rod. Other features are planetary motion gear on the crank, correctly timed sliding valve, air pump (for the condenser), and feeder pump.
The second Stormtrooper and his custom Lego Technic motorcycle, part of the Darth's Angels photo series. The bike is made of pieces from the sets 42036 Street Motorcycle + 42045 Hydroplane Racer + 42047 Police Interceptor.

Smaller steam cylinder and steam chest, added mechanical lubricator. Model is pretty exactly 3/4 inch scale. See my video, too!
To celebrate 10 years after my return to LEGO, a MOD of the set that brought me back. Thanks for so much fun since then.

When I said "deadly neurotoxin," the "deadly" was in massive sarcasm quotes. I could take a bath in this stuff. Put it on cereal, rub it right into my eyes. Honestly, it's not deadly at all… to me. You, on the other hand, are going to find its deadliness a lot less funny.

Wangan Midnight Devil Z. Power: 2 RC motors and 2 88000 battery boxes.
PF servo for steering and Sbrick for control. Full Independent suspension.
I spent a little time away from building getting my building room organized, and spending a lot of time sorting. I am back to building and working on 4 projects from The Queue. The MD600 is making slow progress, as is the Allroad, so I thought I should spend a little time working on another tank.
The T-55 has all the suspension set, has placement for the PF L motors for drive in the rear. The battery will be in the front, followed by two PF M for the turret rotation and gun elevation.
Enjoy.
Looking back on the original version of this guy I honestly don't know what I was thinking. But I am so f*ckin' happy with this new version! I hope ya'll like him too.
