So there are two stories. the Making of first.
I might have dared Andrea to draw a ship for me and boy did she give me a doozy. Seriously..it was impossible. But come Shiptember, I was up for the challenge. This sucker is 150 studs long and just about 166 or so when transformed. I love me some Pneumatics, and technic engines. Its got lights, trains, air pumps and all that shippy goodness. Greebs to a T.. and a proud artist.
Its a Kris Blade, turned into a ship..
Next, the story of the Six Demons.
(After)life ain't easy for a skeleton, but the wizard is happy enough in his little hut on the hill. He's got his cauldron, he's got his frog, and he's far enough away from the nearest village that his experiments in technomancy (usually) don't affect anyone else.
Something a bit different for me; I don't usually do buildings, but I had the idea for this a while ago, and if I want to stand any chance of getting back into LEGO as a designer, then I need to push my boundaries and build outside my comfort zone. I think it came out not too bad, and it's certainly an improvement over previous attempts at minifig-scale buildings.
Here is my MOC of a wild west saloon. it’s built on a 48 x 48 baseplate, with three stories and all the Sarsaparilla that a cowboy could want

The Classic Space explorers have discovered an ancient relic, some kind of gigantic display screen emblazoned with a fruit.
So naturally, they had to build something to house and protect it!
I decided to build something practical for a change, and I have to say, this little stand has come in very handy so far! I'd recommend trying out a little practical project like this, it's good fun and an interesting challenge.

The Mobile Exploration and Research Platform, or M.E.R.P. for short is a rugged, reliable vehicle capable of crossing a variety of tough terrain with ease. Designed with flexibility in mind, the M.E.R.P. has a number of attachment and storage points to hold equipment for any mission. A spacious cabin and large forward viewport make driving a pleasure, and the long-range communications array means losing contact with base is never an issue.

This was originally meant to be a FebRovery build, but time got away from me. Still, better late than never, eh?
She might not be the prettiest little truck, but she's a tough little motor and she makes the perfect companion for lugging pigs and parcels around the farm.
Stan: “Dude, this city is weak. Like what the hell is that thing over there?”
Cartman: “Kenny, go get it!”
So I DL’d #OpenToonz and am excited to try my hand at 2D animation, my next tedious hobby!
