Meet Dan Dredge, his family is in the Dredging business. Dans reckons he can take home the race winnings with their high torque dredging sub. Typically used to dredge up reefs and sea floor to gain access to hydrolator crystals, this beast of a machine has got some punch! Best stay out of his way and be sure to avoid getting under those dredging blades they will tear you apart!
This is my entry for #aquajune2025 taking inspiration from the OZ-08MMS Cancer from gundam wing. I first saw it on @liamshobbyroom YouTube channel and loved the design.

Calling for assistance to protect our resources! We are under attack, repeat we are under attack! The Hydronauts defend their freshly mined Hydrolator crystal haul from the conniving Stingrays!
Been on a bit of a mecha binge this year with patlabor and many shows from Gundam universes. I was captivated by the hygogg from war in the pocket. I was also inspired by The Underscored Double awesome hygogg builds when searching for some hygogg inspiration.

Aquasharks: Striker shark
This Aquashark engineers really hit the nail on the head with this one. The heist with biggest scores are always the most demanding jobs which require speed and precision. Taking inspiration from the hammer head shark, the head is filled with some of the most accurate sonar and radar sensor equipment they could get their hands on.
Just managed to squeeze This build before the end of #aquajune hope y’all had fun building! The years AquaJune had awesome builds and I’m excited for next years!

Statistics:
- 19kn surfaced, 12kn submerged
- 100m operational dive depth
- Classified hull coating and plating, making ship near-invisible to radar and sonar up to 300m
- Six torpedo tubes
- Two AA guns
- One medium ship-ship gun
- Four Submarine Maelstrom Fighter-bombers
- That sonar thing that sounds like this and radar.
- Steam catapult
Brother to the Prototype Su-500 "Kraken," the "Phaya Nak" is out there to cause maximum frustration for the enemies that be.

The Type 216A is a small advanced submarine designed for low notability and high speeds. Tasks and operations for it are mostly based around recon, sabotage and deep sea data extraction. Each submarine is outfitted with direct and indirect internal propulsion which provides high maneuverability and low signature depending on the situational requirements. While combat deployment is not recommended due to the enormously high costs per unit, its covert elements can also make this a considerably useful attack submarine to take down critical targets.
My goal here was to create a somewhat futuristic looking submarine by combining some unusual shapes with a common submarine frame. It probably would be a midget submarine given that it only provides space for 2-3 figures and the lightweightish concept would set it below 150 tons, then again it is actually not that sleek. Anyway, it is for the Sea, Air, and Land Military Vehicles Competition.
18 Ohio’s have delivered to the navy. 4 of them were converted to guided missile (cruise missile) launch platforms (SSGN) while the remaining 14 boats are ballistic missile launch platforms (SSBN). Those 14 SSBNs make up half of the U.S. military’s active nuclear arsenal (336 Trident II missiles). They are powered by 1 nuclear reactor and 2 geared turbines. They also have an auxiliary Diesel engine. Surfaced, they reach a speed of 12 knots and submerged, 20 knots. Both the SSGNs and SSBNs have 4x21in torpedo tubes. They were designed to be the next evolution in the U.S.’s nuclear-deterrent triad. The Ohio’s are only out classed by the Russian Typhoon and Borei Classes.

With a hangar that can carry two specially designed Maelstrom float planes (Will be posted tonight) (but only one regular float plane, when disassembled) and the same radar adsorbent, stealth paint coating as all other Su-Boats with numerical designations of 236 and up, this large submersible boat can rise from the seas seemingly without warning, and with a maximum operational depth of over 100m and a range of 25,000km, few are safe on the seas!
She also sports an AA gun to the fore of the coning tower, 14cm ship-ship gun to the fore of the deck, six torpedo bays equipped with new electric stealth torpedoes, a steam catapult, and other standard equipment.

At the table (Sean, Tyler & Myself) were building sets for display in the restaurant. The interview was for some Danish documentary or something. That behemoth of a tree stands inside the entire center of the staircase.

The Crystal Explorer Sub from 1995’s Aquanauts enters the LEGO city!
Another great AquaZone submarine, this time a large yellow sub. The vibrant color scheme pops with yellow on black and blue, highlighted with neon orange space elements and those awesome blue windshields!
I didn’t have this sub as a kid, but this sub takes my favorite aspects of the Deep Sea Predator (#6155) and upscales the playable space. While some of the interior is narrow towards the stern, the amount of storage space is significant.
Prints are great with this set and it includes several chromed elements, which are always welcome.
I’m a huge fan of the helm’s design and ability to stand the minifig captain up properly. Overall, stoked to have this ship in the collection.
What are your thoughts on this ship? Did you have it as a kid?
As always, I really enjoyed getting shots of this and experimenting with LEGO and flight stands. More retro 90’s set to be featured soon

I shipped three builds out ahead of my arrival and spent the first afternoon installing them. At the back is the Songbird UCS build.
On the left is the LEGO Movie Submarine, which I did not design of course, but I found a way to make it in actual brick right around the time the first movie came out.
Behind my right elbow is Cthulhu.
The Su-Boat 287 line designed for the Kingdom of Neustrasians. The only significant difference between the 287 line and the 236 line is that the 287 has Neustrasian designed and built ship-ship gun as well as torpedoes. Everything is produced in Montfort by the Neustrasians except for the paint coating, which is the Heavenly Kindom's classified radar adsorbent paint.
(The only difference between the .lxf models of this one and the 236 is the red stripe here. I actually renderred this ages ago and saw it earlier when I was renderring the 425 and decided I wanted to post it.)
