Here is another custom Spaceship design. I think the light aqua and orange work well together and am proud of the way i was able to incorporate that windscreen piece.
A microscale build of the Spaceship Victory from 승리호 (SPACE SWEEPERS).
I started on this project almost immediately after the movie released internationally, and displayed it in August 2021 at BrickFair Virginia.
At the time I started building this, the only available reference for the ship were screenshots, so I opted to leave out the transformation between its two configurations. Now that better images of the ship are available online... I would probably still build it the same way because the reconfiguration system for the engines is absurd.
M-Tron once again! This time a spaceship flying transporter. What do we have here? Big heavy space transporter to carry lots of needed equipment for space exploration.
Spaceship has space for two containers (the same which I built a long time ago, see my profile for details). There are also four small “m-tron boxes” at the back of the construction.
That “space truck” is some kind of modular build - the cockpit is a small independent flying vehicle which could be switched off from main construction. So, when the pilot needs to jump for a coffee to the Space Bar this is not a problem. He can leave the main part of the ship to load all needed goods and he can enjoy his well deserved coffee :)
Took a while, but I was able to get to more of the finer details of this build, including some greebling and a full compliment of control thrusters.

Here we are! My very first UCS-style model is finally out, and it's a big one: the mighty Acclamator-class assault ship from Episode II: Attack of the Clones. Made of 5,152 pieces, at 72cm (28,4′′) in length, weighing 3,2kg, it's by far my biggest project to date.
This 100% SNOT build was painstakingly modeled to accurate reference material, from exact profile dimensions to surface detail on top and underneath. The underside was also full of geomertic challenges due to its numerous angles and shapes.
I wanted to include essential functionality like detachable landing gear for landed display, and openable hangar doors with boarding ramps that slide down to reach the ground. The ship also features a removable stand, as well as a hidden handle to make switching display modes easier.
In addition to the "standard" version with Republic markings, I also made a "class-II", all-gray version, which comes with its own instructions and parts list.
The Acclamator is technically one of my oldest projects: the initial version of the design was made right after the Torment in 2021, but I eventually shelved it as I wasn't truly satisfied with it. Since then I had so many requests for this ship that the idea of making a new version progressively grew on me, until I took the plunge in late January 2024.
Starting the new design from scratch, I decided to scale it exactly to Martin Latta's fantastic UCCS (Ultimate Collector Series) Venator, which happens to be in ~1/1000 scale. So I hope my Acclamator will, along with Latta's Venator, form the basis of a bigger 1/1000 scale BrickVault Republic fleet in the future!
► Instructions for the Acclamator are available at BrickVault!

Last year I released my EF76 Nebulon-B Escort Frigate moc, however some things were still not quite there so I have just released a huge update. Amongst the numerous improvements to the ship, the biggest are a brand new front pod (the cream coloured one) to replace the gaudy yellow version on last years release. A longer, bulkier nose section and a (much requested) brand new Micro Millennium Falcon.
This is a big model at 2643 pieces, 84cm long and 38cm high and instructions are available now.

1993’s Deep Freeze Defender from Ice Planet 2002 enters the 2022 LEGO City!
It’s a particularly cold winter day today, take a look at this retro ice-themed SPACESHIP!
Honestly, this large spaceship may be my favorite from LEGO’s Space theme. It checks every box for me: Excellent color scheme, detachable base of operations, simple smaller “escape ship”, rover(s), useable interior space, and great action features!
My only critique for this set is that there is no droid, built up or mini-fig. Unless you consider the small satellite/Superlaser a droid? It roughly works in height.
I had this back in the day, super excited to have it back!

Yet another attempt at a zero gravity vignette. This time I setup a rock concert in space with a minifigure scale Fender.

Spyrius VPR
Influenced by the official LEGO set in the Space Police theme titled Raid VPR. Loved this set so much it inspired me to build spaceships similar to this set.
I originally built this ship with red, black and blue bricks modeled after the colors of the minifig pilot. After looking at some old LEGO catalogs I learned that this theme usually featured just red and black on the spaceships.
Enjoy!

Arguably, the greatest thing to come out of the Star Wars sequels was the Tie Silencer. A stunning, sleek take on the Tie Interceptor that had way too little screen time. Set 75179, ‘Kylo Ren’s TIE Fighter’, was my entry point into this hobby and I’ve kept hold of it all this time. It’s a great set, but I wanted to turn this playset into a display set. So here it is. A complete overhaul and extensive modification of set 75179.
It keeps much of the interior structure from the set but has an entirely new exterior design with numerous details added and lines re-made based on screenshots and highly detailed 3d models (you’re looking at a lot more than just the original set with some tiles stuck on top) It also features completely re-designed wings using new construction methods.
I re-designed the underside and part of the internal structure (with no loss of structural integrity) to incorporate a cavity for the stand to slot into. A modified version of the UCS Batwing stand worked perfectly for this ship. The instructions have also been completely re-designed from scratch.
The ship now weighs in at 1324 pieces, including the stand (the original set is made up of just 630 pieces) 52% of the parts from the original set are used in my modification so if you own the set you would need an extra 1012 pieces to create this mod, plus it’s stand. (Currently those parts can be purchased from Bricklink for about £60).

1994’s Saucer Centurion from The most excellent Spyrius sub-theme!
The rover drop-ship feature, while super simple, is amazingly effective. Great figs and prints, that console print (not pictured) is one of my favs. And I’m always stoked to get some neon transparent windscreens and antennas in blue!
I loved this medium sized spaceship as a kid, very happy to have it back in my collection now. Hurray for nostalgia lol
More 90’s sets to be featured soon, including another Spyrius Saucer

The final ship in my 2023 Neo Classic Space/Blacktron fleets. Full group shots of the whole fleet to come.
Double feature of 1997’s small droid ships, the V-Wing and Cyber Blaster enter the LEGO City!
These tiny old sets were heavy on cool intricate prints. All about the minifigs here, but the V-Wing has some really fun classic space elements and shaping!
‘97 picks up with leg printing, which hadn’t been seen in a space theme since ‘94s Spyrius droid, Major Kartofski. And we’ll see leg prints on their human counterparts next time I look at RoboForce.
Happy to have both the Techdroids from this theme back in my collection, which Techdroid do you like better- red or blue?

Built by Akita Hevy Machine co. Starting in 2024, The BlitzWing platform was a highly versatile and reliable craft seeing many applications on earth and in space as general purpose fighters. This example, flown by pilot Nikki Fox, was cobbled together for use with her mercenary team using the significantly larger engine of a class 6 fighter also produced by AHM co. This machine is equipped with dual family missile pods under the wings 4 Garrison Tech light machine guns on the front and one heavy armor piercing cannon for single shot takedowns. The radar and communications equipment has been juristically upgraded from stock aswell being able to communicate through solar storms with little decrease in quality. Overall the Red Fox may not look scary with its small size but it sure packs a punch with speed and agility.

Fourth and final ship in my Blacktron II fleet. I’ve always loved those big black wheels (got tons of them) and really wanted them integrated into the wings of a ship, the hull shape you see here looks simple but was actually a pain in the butt to create and connect. So let’s give the Volare (latin for Fly) a function…. It has guns, so we’ll say it’s a heavily armed cargo transport. Full fleet shot to follow.
Every project which I made in M-Tron space had wheels, but M-Tron is in space, so it will be nice to have something which can fly ;)
So I am proud to introduce to you my first M-Tron spaceship :) This is small and fast transporter to carry M-Tron containers.

Hey guys! Here is my new MOC, a E-43 “Kingfisher” Fighter. A Kingfisher is mostly used by the Albion Police Force, to defend against threats from the sky. However, this particular fighter is heavily modified by his owner to be faster than a normal Kingfisher.

My Blacktron Trident was blogged about by.. a genuine Blacktron fan site. So that's cool considering I don't really know whether or not I'm getting all this Classic Space stuff right (I just like the aesthetics). But anyway, it's one for my Media Scrapbook Flickr album.
You can find the blog here and the site is pretty awesome with some amazing builds on it: color-it-blacktron.blogspot.com/2023/11/novvember-already...
