In January 2021, we were approached by Google, via the creative agency Stink Studios, to create 10 custom designs for them. They also tasked us with producing 10 copies of each as gift sets! We are finally able to share with you the work we did! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Google and Stink Studios on these sets and they were ecstatic with the results. The MIT Stata is an incredibly complex project. This was commissioned by a PhD student at MIT as a birthday gift, which gave us a very tight deadline to complete the first section.
The first picture shows the build of the first section in real life, which we had completed from concept to delivery in 6 weeks!
Maria took lead on this design, with Norman helping her out, she did a fantastic job especially considering the time frame!

It is always great fun when you get to see your designs come to life in your hands! This is the first half of the Tiger I design.
Although I was shorted MANY parts from Bricklink ( I think the easy buy option messed up my orders) I was able to get almost all the parts missing from my own collection and persevere.

Got more progress done. Front doors, console and windscreen started. Cleaned up around the headlight and smoothed some edges.
