viele haben anscheinend immer noch angst selbst in dieser Spurgrößen eine Beleuchtung selber einzubauen!
Da ich immer wieder Anfragen bekomme ob ich das für jemanden machen kann, habe ich daher jetzt hier mal eine Serie von 3 Filmen erstellt,
in denen ich zeige das man auch ohne teurer Serienprodukte ziemlich einfach ein Wageninnenbeleuchtung selber einbauen kann.

Benötigte Materialien außer dem Personenwagen:
- LED-Strip mit LED's 3528 warmweiss 12 Volt, gibt teilweise schon 5m ab 1€ bei Ebay, Farbtemperatur sollte zwischen 2800-3500K liegen,
- Doppellitze 2x0,14mm²
- Microlitze 0,08mm²
- Step-Down-Wandler, gibt es auch sehr günstig bei Ebay
- Rund-Gleichrichter z.B. B40C1500
- Streifenrasterplatine ~ 30 x 22 mm
- Tesa Powerbond Outdoor ~ 60 mm
- Klebstoff z.B. Ruderer L530 oder Heißkleber
- 3mm Bohrer
- LGB Kugellagerachsen 67403
- Multimeter
- Lötkolben
Materialpreis ohne LGB 67403, Multimeter und dem Lötkolben beträgt ~ 7 €, für die Kugellagerachsen kommen dann ~40 € noch dazu!
Mann könnte auch statt der teuren Kugellagerachsen von LGB auch eine Batterie verwenden,
das würde einen Preisunterschied beim Umbau dieser 2-achser von gut 35 € je Wagen machen!
Da würde dann die Materialliste so aussehen:
- LED-Strip mit LED's 3528 warmweiss 12 Volt, gibt teilweise schon 5m ab 1€ bei Ebay, Farbtemperatur sollte zwischen 2800 -3500K liegen,
- Doppellitze 2x0,14mm²
- Microlitze 0,08mm²
- Step-Down-Wandler, gibt es auch sehr günstig bei Ebay
- Miniatur Ein-/Ausschalter
- Batteriehalter für 9 Voltblock
- 9 Volt-Batterieblock
- Tesa Powerbond Outdoor ~ 60 mm
- Klebstoff z.B. Ruderer L530 oder Heißkleber
- 3mm Bohrer
- Multimeter
- Lötkolben
Materialpreis ohne Multimeter und dem Lötkolben beträgt inkl. Batterie ~ 10 € !
Als Anfänger sollte man für solch einen Einbau mit bis zu 4 Stunden am Anfang rechnen. Umso mehr man solche Umbauten macht umso schneller wird man dabei auch!
In den Filmen habe ich einige Szenen etwas im Ablauf beschleunigt, daher kommen ich in den Filmen auf gute 20 Minuten,
in Echtzeit habe ich pro Wagen durch das Filmen ungefähr aber 70-90 Minuten benötigt!
Ohne die Filmerei kann man solch einen Umbau auch in gut einer Stunde hinbekommen.

The LED Strip was made by Flexible Printed Circuit Board and SMD 5050 Top RGB LED. The LED is even, large and high brightness lighting effect. Also it is soft and easy bended for installation. The cutting unit is 100mm and 3 pieces LED per group, so you could cut a different length for your project and request. The LED strip could have different color (red, yellow, Pink……) and programs include single color holding, color charge at the same time and gradual change. The LED Strip is working on 12V DC and passed CE EMC testing.
Noch weitere Auswuchtgewichte als Zusatzgewichte wurden an den Werksgewichten angebracht, so konnten hier weiter 390g aufgerüstet werden.
Auch der Zimo Sounddecoder MX690V ist schon angeschraubt.
Lang ersehnt konnte die BR 218 194 in den Bestand mit aufgenommen werden.
Hier ist sie schon zerlegt!

geplant ist auch einen Eigenbauverdampfer ein zubauen !
Eigentlich würde ein Visaton FRS7 genau passen, aber ich wollte lieber eine Nummer größer einbauen und der restliche Platz wurden mit Auswuchtgewichten bestückt, so wiegt dieses Bauteil nun schon 500g.
