Here is a new photo of the Blue Moon Diner at the Choctaw Route 69 Casino in Stringtown . The interior casino design for this casino features the truckers’ paradise with a hint of classic automobile theme. We used exposed neon illuminated signage at the entrance of the diners and gaming areas to mimic vintage style service station signage. The Blue Moon Diner interior restaurant design has an illuminated sky ceiling. To see more examples of casino design, go to www.i5design.com

ting to bring intimacy to this casino bar design, we created a lowered ceiling valance above the sports bar with concealed accent lighting casting a glow through the wood veneer beams. Wrapping around the valance a wood veneer band serves as a backer to the “BURGERS SPIRITS BEER” signage and showcases the brushed aluminum “BSB” logo-lettering halo illuminated in cobalt blue. And this is my bedside lamp. It also is a LED light, this time a candle-sized one. It's not easy to make a good photo of this without flash, as it's a pretty dim light, especially since the (frosted) bulb is under a (frosted) glass cover. It is what I want though, as I usually use this before sleeping, so having too much light would just wake me up.
The bluish look is partially output of the light itself, and partially due to the blue wall (and yes, that is the only blue wall, the other walls are vanilla coloured).

Here you can see how the same décor element can be applied in different ways. We used a metal chain curtain at all three venues. For the 360 Bar we lit it with a purple glow. At Envy Nightlife we lit it with a tribal pattern with color changing lights and for the Starlight Lounge we put it behind the lettering and lit it with a twilight blue. Our design for the Pit area included a suspended ceiling structure with specialty inset metal panels that had an etched pattern and a high gloss deep purple finish. The custom panels were placed in a diamond pattern and up-lit using LED cove lighting. The custom Mica pendant lights suspended from the inset ceiling added depth as well as excitement, and the dramatic cliff columns produced a modern spin on classic Native American architecture. This is the Players Club area of the Thunder Falls Casino, which was designed by I-5 Design and Manufacture. The design intent for this casino was to create a look that incorporated out door elements to create a grand lodge-style feel. This was interpreted through key design features such as the rustic wood ceiling beams, custom mica chandeliers, wood columns with architectural rock bases and much more. To highlight the ‘Players Club’ section, we designed a curved overhead structure with a specialty textured metal facing and supported with wooden knee braces. This is one of the conceptual design sketches that I-5 Design and Manufacture created for the Thunder Falls Casino. The overall design intent for this casino was to create a look and feel that brought some outdoor elements in, while maintaining a classic craftsmen’s look. Timber-frame wood beams are suspended from the ceiling, generating a warm, intimate feel, as well as visually lowering the ceiling and enhancing the lodge-style ambiance. To support these beams, I-5 designed rustic wood columns with knee-braces and rock bases to be placed at various locations throughout the gaming floor. I bet that you did not know that the official name for Smithfield Market is Smithfield Plaza.
The Christmas tree at Smithfield [ designed by Blachere the company which created the lighting for the Eiffel Tower] was originally installed on O’Connell Street before being moved to Smithfield. I was disappointed that it was relocated.
According to the city council, it paid €36,809 last December to private firm 2B Light Company in relation to this tree, including €26,961 for the installation and removal of the 18 metre, five-ton, eco-friendly tree illuminated by 100,000 bulbs. In addition, the firm was paid €5,500 for the storage of the tree while the total includes a 13.5 per cent VAT component of €4,378.
The Mayor of Dublin recently stated that the city council’s spending on natural trees “is justified because of the Christmas cheer the trees bring and the community spirit they create, but I would have concerns over the ongoing costs associated with the Led Christmas tree at Smithfield.”
Personally I like the tree and I do hope that they continue to use it every Christmas going forward. I would be even happier if it was returned to O’Connell Street now that the tram construction works will have been completed by Christmas 2017.
