Fortunately is that installing an LED tube light in an existing fluorescent component is fairly simple. Additionally, you need to be able to buy installations specifically made for LED tube lights in the near future, and they ought to really be less costly compared to the equivalent fluorescent fixtures.
This was my first attempt and playing with long exposures and LED lights.

The anode wires are naked copper. They have to be strung carefully through the forest of steel rods, which carry the electricity from the cathodes.
Two thermaltake 92mm blue LED fans (one on the Ultra-90) , UV SATA cable and an UV rounded IDE cable and a logisys UV CCFL fan makes it all glow !

LED ( Light emitting diode ) lights pulse on and off at a rate of 60 pulses per second. Too fast for the human eye to catch. Fiber optic light is constant.
Using a 1 second panning exposure,
the pulsations of the LEDs can be seen.
