What else does one do on a wet cold miserable day except?
In my case I went for a drive in the country and found Schotts Lane, a narrow suburban laneway that had a hidden gem, some stunning colourful trees that adorned the lane.

This old bridge was finally retired from traffic and now it has feet traffic crossing at Fort Gibson Oklahoma, spans the Neosho River or the old alt name Grand River. Not sure if when this was build if two cars could meet but I know if one as on the bridge you had to sit and wait for it to cross before taking your turn.
This is one of Melbourne's many back alleyways, it runs behind George's Bar at 120, Johnston Street, Fitzroy.
It was 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, when these three 'patrons' of the Bar came outside 'to join me' and enjoy a smoko.
Known for it's street art and graffiti and it's rather cool vibe, London's Brick Lane is a photographer's dream location. And best of all it is ever changing. The artwork you saw yesterday will be painted over tomorrow, that's just how it works. Some artwork lasts longer than others but eventually they all get painted over by other artists.

October 2, 2021 - Went to Jeff Lane Motor Museum in Nashvile, Tennessee. This place is fantastic! Over 500 vehicles. I've been to one of the best car museums in the U.S., Petersen Auto Museum in L.A. but this one is right up there with it. Specializes in foreign cars and unique vehicles. Half of these I'd never seen or heard of. Well worth going to.

The lane leads to Bampton in this direction or up onto Knipe Scar the other way. Today a wonderful Spring morning with views over towards High Street.

This is a lane we walked located only steps away from our cottage. We passed cropland, woodland and open valley which ended at a stunningly located farm, to which we could walk no further!
