"On a mountain of skulls, in the castle of pain, I sat on a throne of blood! What was will be! What is will be no more!"
The northern most terminus of Highway 101 is the Tumwater Falls park, the site of the old Olympia Brewery.

A close-up on my old school short wave radio. Yes, for the price of 8 D-Cell batteries, I could pick up weather from Malasia or the NOAA time pips and find out the time whenever I wanted!
Technology!
Record Store Day is here again. This time, I went to Silver Platters - and it was a mess. Throw open the doors, let 400 people stampede to a 10 foot by 25 foot bin and grab records like it was bread in 1980's Russia.
Next year it's Sonic Boom Records for me!

This originally didn't feature sprocket holes on both sides, but the mounting of the slide was messed up.
What to do with holes on one side, and a messed up aspect ratio? Simple, clone the sprocket holes, flip them and put 'em on the other side. Not the best solution, but it'll do.

You know, honestly I should be more pissed than I am that my very last slide of this batch got mixed up with someone elses.
But honestly, it was a shit photo anyway. This mystery woman is a much better shot.
I wanted to do this (or something similar) ages ago, but never could get off my duff - so when a train just happened to be passing, I jumped on it (so to speak).
I just wish I had a tripod (and more time to compose better) with me.
Oh Areo bars - how I love thee! You might think me a chump for buying a candy bar that's 40% air, but they're so light and fluffy and just melt in your mouth.
Clearly worth driving to Canada for, that's for sure!
Not sure why someone did this, but it caught my eye. One of these things is not like the other. . . .
