Today's mini road trip to go get a hamburger at Zeke's Drive In resulted in this short hike. I also used it as a field test to see how my new boots would handle real hiking and if my new tripod is too much of a pain to haul to Red Rock.
I was in the isle of Ischia the last day of August, and I couldn't miss to visit the wonderfull "Giardini La Mortella". A paradise created time to time by a nobel women, there you can find I don't know how mutch variety of plant and flowers, to give you an idea about how big it is, just consider it's about 2 hours of walk... other shots to come!

This picture is almost (but not quite) a 365 cheat. I went out here with the express purpose of shooting this house after sundown with my flashes and getting some star trails. However since this picture was good enough not to throw out, I ruled that the other shot was AFTER midnight, and thus technically counting as the same subject on a different day.

This shot was taken using Kodak Ektachrome, a magic film that Kodak decided to discontinue a year ago.
Please take a few seconds to sign the Petition to bring Kodak Reversal Film and its magic Back. Thanks.

Almost certainly my last chance to shoot from the viaduct on foot before they tear it down. Enjoy the view, it'll be gone soon!

Brought a whole bunch of cameras with me today to shoot some more of these Burberry logos in their windows, but am too late, it's all change again. (Although whats lurking behind the curtains looks equally interesting).
Although I don't care much for the brand (especially as they trade on being British despite closing their last British factory), I do admire the effort and design they put into their windows.
