Under the ES-CEC project, the IELTS Training of Trainers (TOT) Course was launched in Salamieh on 13/10/2025, funded and implemented by AKF-CEC. Approximately 20 learners are participating in this activity, which aims to enhance their IELTS skills for those interested in applying for the official test, helping them pursue scholarships or job opportunities, while also gaining skills in teaching methodologies. The course focuses on strengthening participants’ academic English and IELTS preparation, in addition to equipping them with modern teaching approaches to effectively share knowledge within their communities. This activity is part of the Continuing Education Center (CEC) project, which aims to increase employment and self-employment opportunities for youth in coordination with the University of Central Asia.
Hosted by the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF), the Landscape Alliance, Imaflora and CABI, the Regenerative Agriculture Forum 2026 took place on 23 June 2026, both online and in person at Pecege in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil. The event brought together over 4,100 participants from 130 countries, alongside 52 speakers and 50 global and local partner organizations, to co-create a shared, scalable vision for the future of food – one where diverse knowledge systems and lived experiences shape the path toward systemic change.

Knowledge Sharing Is Key For Organizational Growth
Knowledge sharing is the communication of information among the individuals of an organization. It can either be initiated by the organization itself or it can even be a senior employing helping a new hire with his experience. Knowledge sharing boosts the employees’ morale as they feel they are learning something of value, it shapes future leaders and increases productivity of the whole organization.
