Geschiedenis en Pioneering bij Borstelcleaning
Borstelcleaning is in 1994 opgericht door de broers Leon en Herald van der Bles uit Makkum. Ze zijn de ontdekkers van de Gevelborstel en introduceerden deze machine op de markt van gevelreiniging.
Daarmee hadden ze een machinale methode met een unieke kwaliteit alsmede aanzienlijke voordelen ten opzichte van traditionele reinigingsmethodes.
Het gaat sneller, veiliger en biedt een betere bescherming van het kwetsbare oppervlakte van gevels. Gevelreiniging is een vak. En dat vak verstaan ze bij Borstelcleaning.
Na de introductie zijn er constant borstelmachine´s gebouwd en ook aan collega’s in de gevelreiniging verkocht. Elke machine werd specifiek gebouwd en alle opgebouwde kennis en knowhow werd in nieuwere versies verwerkt. Innovatie volop dus.
In de praktijk kwamen we veel voorbeelden tegen van schade ten gevolge van verkeerd reinigen. Ook was handmatige reiniging gevaarlijk zwaar en bovendien veel duurder. Onze gevelborstel is ontwikkeld om op al deze punten beter te scoren.

Mit unserem im Spitzensport seit vielen Jahren bewährten Mentaltraining unterstützen wir berufstätige Personen in ihrer Regeneration. Dazu setzen wir eine Vielzahl von Techniken ein wie beispielsweise Visualisierungen, Regenerationsatmung, Kurzentspannungen und Progressive Muskelrelaxation. Wichtig ist, dass der einzelne Mitarbeitende eine Technik einsetzt, die ihm entspricht und mit der er innert weniger Minuten die gewünschte Wirkung erzielen kann.
Zusätzlich entwickeln wir mit jeder Person ein auf ihr persönliches Anliegen bezogenes Mentaltraining. Darin geht es beispielsweise darum, dass eine Führungspersönlichkeit in herausfordernden Situation ruhig und überzeugend auftritt oder eine Konfliktsituation souverän gemeistert wird. In der Folge werden Stresssituationen bedeutend cooler gemeistert, was sich wiederum positiv auf den Regenerationsbedarf auswirkt.
Wir haben unser modular aufgebautes Ausbildungs- und Beratungskonzept speziell auf die Anforderungen in der Berufswelt und auf die persönlichen Anliegen unserer Klienten hin entwickelt.
