He wears chain mail with decorated surcourt, his feet resting on dog. His shield is believed to have the arms of the Wake family. The church guide says he wears a c1300 belt, but has a moustache of c1375.
He may be related to Hereward the Wake an Anglo-Saxon who led resistance to the Norman Conquest & became known as ‘Hereward the Outlaw’, who was born in or near Bourne which is approximately 4 miles from here - Church of St Faith, Wilsthorpe, Lincolnshire

A 3,223 crowd saw York win 32-16 to clinch the title and automatic promotion to the Championship, the sport's second tier. 2018 was deemed the York club's 150th anniversary season. The game was played at Bootham Crescent, the York City FC ground York are sharing during construction of an out-of-town community stadium for the two clubs to share. York began the 2018 season issuing a 16-pager but increased advertising soon saw the content rise by eight pages.
Installed these Knight Design Silver Anodized Hunter Tread footpegs. To say it was a snap is to make it sound too hard. Pull a retaining clip, insert the torsion spring, and reinstall the clip. So easy.
They are really nice to stand on. I had very positive traction on them, and it seems easier to shift with the 3/4" height drop.
St Blaise, Haccombe, Devon
Stephen de Haccombe was born c.1200 the son of Jordan de Haccombe.
In 1228 he set out on crusade with Bishop Biewere of Exeter for the Holy Land.
He returned in 1233 to become the Lord of the Manor. He had sworn that if he returned to the family home that he would build a church and dedicate it to St Blaise, either because he had visited the shrine in Dubrovnik or because of the saints links with the wool trade.
He married Margaret whose tomb is also in the chapel.
He died in 1243 whilst his son was still a minor.

White knights from a 3.5 inch Jaques Staunton chess set. All four knights are slightly different and different weights. One white knight is stamped with a crown to mark it as the king side knight. The design of the knights indicates that they were made in the 1860's or 1870's.
This is probably the best photo I've taken of Knight, we just got a new 1.7f prime lens and it takes some great photos.
