This photo is of me learning how to roll pasta in a pasta machine. This was one of my dad’s Christmas presents when he was going through school, and it sure has served our family well! Making pasta is extremely difficult, and it was a really cool skill to learn. Also, fresh pasta can be used in so many different ways that it truly is an art form. I chose this photo because, to me, making pasta is a unique skill that really serves cooking well.
