This fairy princess is very cute, looks like a Kogepan character, and will grant your every wish!
She just became a fairy princess today, so she'll handing out wishes left and right. Such a nice fairy.
Found Drawings. Found a map with some kids drawings from '81 in it. On the map there was a label with "Ludo's drawings" on it.
Just like found photos, I find it very fascinating to find kids drawings, don't know why...
A lovely lady commissioned me to create a set of sterling silver cufflinks with her children's drawings on.
The ovals are 19mm x 13mm and the artwork was faithfully scaled down to fit and hand engraved line for line.
I was 4 years old when I drew this. Think I had my yellow green phase and was interested in fancy haircuts. But I really wonder about this creatures hands. The number of fingers is nearly correct, but I can't remember one familiy member with such hands!

Every year our school does a fundraiser, where art objects made by each class are auctioned off. This year's Kindergarden project combined two of my favorite things - vintage and kids drawings. I found a lovely vintage necklace, and we substituted for the brass beads which were quite unattractive, some shrinky dink beads which were illustrated by the children. The result I think is pretty fantastic!
I stitched and tinted this piece as a gift for my favorite Irish pub for St. Patrick's day. The original drawing was on their bulletin board.

Now here is a little fishie that isn't too fussed about anything. Fishy wishie is a character from Rob Towner's children's story book adventures and oh boy, does he like to have adventures.
