Elliot, The Nacho Eating Monster is the final collaborative project of the Plush Art workshop we held at the New Children's Museum. As drawn by Louis in my mothers day card. Cute huh?!
He said something so cute last night when I put him to bed - "mummy you can't drink the sea water can you?", "no you can't because it's got salt in it", "yeah, salt *and* pepper" haha bless him!
Knackered today, Lexie's ill - was up at 5am. I'm off to bed, night!
Final day of Plush Art Summer Camp at the NCM. Our campers are putting the last touches on their personal creations as well as on their collaborative project. This last one will stay at the NCM for everyone to admire.
They've learned how to make a simple pattern from their drawings, how to make a ball/eye, tentacles, feet and cones/horns. They can also thread a sewing machine and sew straight and curvy lines. Their enthusiasm and dedication is contagious. We'll post everyone's Plush Art this weekend. Thanks everyone!
