I love these shoes but although I can get me feet into them I can't lace them up. Mwah!

I know they look all scruffy and messed up but they've served me well on icy paths in winters past (I lived literally on a hill at the time and the bus stop to work was some way down, so great if I didn't want to slide to work on my bottom).

I really loved these boots and so comfortable, I guess it shows. LOL They were a much brighter green when I first got them but sadly multiple cleaning faded them somewhat.

Spent half the day making this skate kicker with my son then the entire afternoon jumping it on our mountainbikes.

Ferg ollieing a pretty sketchy kicker in Brid. The run up is really shit with a lip at the bottom of the kicker. And plenty of sand. Also with sand in the landing.

While taking this shot I didn't even notice how perfeclty the line of cheerleaders was lined up with Mason Crosby. It makes for an interesting visual effect.

Such a bitch to break in but I am positive that once I manage they'll be the best boots ever.

Kicker Headquarters in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Not yet open to the public. As interesting as the outside is, the inside may be better. There is a balcony surrounded by glass, reached via a glass stairway. I have been told this area will house a Kicker "museum," with show cars, and interactive exhibits. I'll add information about the architect when I get it.

The first step of the beam dump system is this set of magnets, the beam extraction kickers (labeled MKD in this diagram). These magnets are special not only in that they have to deflect the beam out its normal trajectory and into the dump trajectory, but they have to transition from off to on very quickly. It's crucial that the beam not pass through them when they are somewhere in between fully off and fully on -- if it did it would go in some uncontrolled direction, not in the normal trajectory down the beam pipe but not cleanly into the dump. So we don't fill the entire LHC with protons; we leave a gap that is just big enough for this magnet to turn on fully in the time that no particles are inside -- 3 microseconds long! (Strictly speaking, there are also protections in place so that a dump that is not well timed with respect to the gap doesn't destroy anything, but it's still best not to take chances.)

"My friend's name is Shane and his car is a 2007 Suzuki Swift and the jeep I had was a 2002 Ford Escape. Both cars were both set up by The 187 Boyz which is the name of my crew...." DJ Outkast.

Music in the Caribbean has been predominantly about language—the "language-ing" of things, of giving shape to the space we inhabit both mentally and physically. It’s a kind of oral history that keeps shifting to remain alive and open. I wanted to see how to translate that into visual terms. I used to get underground DJ mixes in Port of Spain by the Down Town Outlaws, Papa Rocky, Chinese Laundry and Dr. Hyde consisting mostly of Jamaican mixes of Dancehall. The mix, the way things were put together, influenced me.
