El keyboard de la macbook... parece que hoy se me pasó tomar la foto del día.
Hoy estuve trabajando todo el día, aún no se nada de mi paycheck =( y los vecinos o sea en Dunbar Internacional están jugando domino, DO-MI-NO !!!!!! (1:41am) grrrr y no es que no comprenda que deben estar aburridos hasta las patas, estar ahi cuidando el lugar de noche, friito, aburrimiento, pero vayanse a jugar a la otra esquina, o que se yo pero lejos de mi ventana, tan bien que íbamos, no sé a QUIEN???!?!?!?!?! se le ocurrió darle el permiso de ocupación o como se llame a una agencia de Seguridad (que de paso hace también de función de taller de mecánica para sus propios camiones) en un área RESIDENCIAL, encima de que me causa un miedo horrible que un día por pura mala suerte se les vaya un tiro loco y termine en mi casa. A llamarlos nuevamente será. Sino ni modo otra vez lo de la corregiduría.
En fin... gracias por "escuchar" mi frustración del día. Me desahogué un poquito. =)

Mackbook Pro Keyboard... it seems I forgot to take the picture of the day.
Today I've worked all day, still don't know anything about my paycheck and the neighbors "Dunbar Internacional" are playing dominoes (1:41am) grrr. I don't mind they playing but please play some other place not under my window.

For the first time in a long time, i acutally had nothing to do for about 10 minutes. That was only because i hade finally finished the books for 2007 and was burning it onto a c.d. to make use of my free time, i took this picture.
Looks normal, right? Look at your own keyboard... notice anything different? Okay, maybe you don't. But try actually typing on this and it all becomes far too apparent. The whole of the bottom row of letters (Z, X, C...) is one too far to the right. The Z should be below and between A and S, not S and D.

Parents have always warned their kids about "stranger danger" and the guy looking for his puppy at the park. Now, the computer keyboard is what we need to make them informed about.

Also, I'm not dead! Just facing exams, I have some new releases sceduled for three/four weeks time and not before.
Look out for more Ghibli inspired stuff, carefully crafted petite outfits and a whimsical cottage home for both biggies and petites inspired by the borrowers.
So this is one of the older types of Braille keyboard & display that our company has sold.
In addition to 20 output positions of Braille characters, it also contains 8 input buttons to enter them. Each character consists of 8 dots, which can be either on or off. And of course there's a spacebar...
The newer types are smaller, lighter, and therefore more portable. But I couldn't find one in my rush just before leaving the office...

Apple said they could fix the key, but it takes 2,5 weeks for my MB to return.
I don't think so :) So I'll live with it a little longer until they can fix it in the store.
I bought my laptop in Canada. It was much cheaper to buy it in Canada. (15% tax vs 25% tax) I also saved some extra money purchasing a refurbished laptop from Apple. Now in Sweden, Fredrik bought me a Swedish keyboard complete with their fancy extra letters (åäö). Just have to get used to typing on this keyboard 'cause some of the symbols are in different places. ie the ? is now on the top row.
I was digging through some old junk in a box I found in my closet and I found this keyboard. It's in the Dvorak layout. It's supposed to be faster, but I was never able to master it to the point it gave me any added speed. Plus, who wants to stop using WASD and start using <AOE?
It's worth noting that this keyboard wasn't like this when I got it. I swapped the keys around myself to give the Dvorak layout a try. I gave up on it, and never swapped the keys back.
