On the level crossing over the former B1105 to the north of Fakenham, BR built this super little crossing keeper's hut. The hut contained a small ground frame that controlled the gates and distant signals in both directions. This would make a super project for a model railway.

What: A man saving himself a good spot before the Mermaid Parade started.
Rauner YMCA on the SW side is a pretty colorful building. I was playing a double header and had an hour in between to take some pictures.
Sort of a split screen between light and dark, with the statue as the division point. Not perfect, but good enough to express the idea.
Today at the Cincinnati Zoo we witnessed how close some animals can become to the men and women who care for them. This keeper was working on the ground around a pond and this warthog keep following him. At one point the keeper reached down and scratched his head. It was a nice moment.
