A little kayaking fun at the Ferdinand Street boat launch, looking at Seward Park and the little cove made by the Bailey Pensinsula and the "mainland" of Seattle. Our flotilla consisted of 5 boat and lots of friends.
The kayak place we had originally reserved said it was too windy to rent to us, and Thormanby did look rough, so we made alternative plans and stayed at the Pender Harbour Resort - the first thing we did is grab one of their rentals - a 2-personal pelican...
Well I know this is a touristy shot in atrociously bright light, but I was a tourist, so I figured I was allowed to do this...
I just enjoyed the colour that was reflecting off these kayaks and the water showed a bit of colour...

At the very last cast sitting on the kayak ,after a very long and scenic day on Loch lomond,Bonnie Scotland.I landed this specimen Perch.Those fish are awesome .I was glad to be able to released it free..Kayak fishing is a total adventure ,miles of paddling and sometime a beautiful catch.Those fish are wild and deserved to be released free ..Tight line they say..Thank you Deborah for this day..
