I always wonder what's hidden underneath a spider. Just like our male species, it has got a hairy chest :) along with some interesting features that only their own kind knows.

Look at notes for parts.....seem to be missing after flick upgraded its software recently Worst still, not only had some of the useful features removed, the what so called upgraded version actually upgrade the flaws and downgrade the qualities. Sadly this is what happening in our everyday lives as well. The top people don't really bother so much about the usefulness of any system (they don't need them as much as we do)what they really bother is to fulfil their kpi (they are nothing more than a pile of bullshit) and make them look good.

The scorecard shows KPI categories and displays the health of the IT organization for these categories. Green means the KPIs within the category are performing in line with predetermined goals, yellow means slightly off track, and red means off track.
Just imagine you put some KPIs in place and instead of measuring and improving performance, they lead to the opposite: A mindless chasing of numbers, resulting in reduced performance.
