About 12 Kms east of Three Hills, Alberta, Canada, stands a old catholic church surrounded by tall evergreen trees. It is difficult to get a shot of the church as it is heavily surrounded by the trees.

Después de más de 50 días he podido volver a disfrutar de mi territorio. Con la primavera tan lluviosa que hemos tenido y el calor de los últimos días, estaba radiante. Han sido 19 kms. corriendo por asfalto, senderos, pistas y montañas conocidas, queridas, anheladas. Respirando el aire de mayo, mirando al exterior y al interior, sintiéndome libre. Una gozada, algo que ya necesitaba... mañana más!

En la ruta de Bogotá a Choachi (aprox 38 kms) luego del ascenso hasta el páramo se aprecian risco como el de la imagen, se desciende por una estrecha y curvosa carretera hasta la poblacion de Choachi con un agradable clima templado (18ºC). Donde se encuentra deliciosa comida y baños termales.
