For Macro Monday,a macro shot into my kitchen junk drawer. Area photographed is 3 inches by 3 inches.
Included in this photo is a Green Giant “Sprout” corn cob holder, a miniature cheese grater (doll size) a few measuring spoons, and a lady bug clip.

The old design of the junk provides a contrast with the illuminated skyscrapers of Victoria bay, Hong Kong. In truth though the junk is a 21st century build that has been created to provide for the tourist trade. The sails are decorative and provide no power.

This is some of the contents of a little plastic set of drawers I have in my office. It's all photography related - things I keep "in case they come in handy" as photo subjects or props, but some of it really is just junk, like the Anglophoto tag from some item I bought from them so long ago I have no idea what it was.

A bit of a blurred shot, but with the end of Metrobus operation by National Express West Midlands imminent, thought I'd fetch this out of the junk pile, as it's the only shot I've got of an Acocks Green Metro in service.
Nice paint match on the replacement panels. you can see why the silver livery was dropped!

Creating a suitably weathered and decrepit look was a helluva lot of fun. And I finally found a use for those massive sails from Jabba's barge (how many years have I had those lying around...?!).
And yes, it's as flimsy as it looks!
A small vehicle inspired by the kit bashed airspeeders made by mosterpartywars.
I imagine this little craft having been cobbled together from wreckage scavenged on Jakku by a marooned Rebel pilot. Said pilot now offers her services to protect small settlements from marauders and competing scavengers.
I enjoy rickety, spindly vehicles with an element of scaffolding to them (especially in LEGO). I took some creative liberties with the design minsterpartywars shared on his Instagram account but I tried to match the worn-in, weathered look of his series of vehicles dubbed ‘Junk Squadron’.
I'm not content with just a junk drawer mine has overflowed into a junk box. Alternate look at the Macro Mondays challenge "Found in the Junk Drawer."
That was the first burger i eat in 3 monthes and i felt disgusted after it =)
Im still on my diet but i only ate one small burger just for a change..
The other burgers were my cousin's so dont think they are mine ;)

Rusty ol' rail spikes, bolts, clamps, an old piece of rail and other bits piled on a table at the Niles Canyon Railway maintenance yard near Sunol, California.
6 foot tape ruler, old SD Card, Christmas Lights, Cuff link, rubber band, Craftsman key, Levi's Saddle-man pin, and other little items taken directly out of the junk drawer. HMM!!
I remember where I was living when I bought these napkin rings. I just thought the beading was fun. I’ve never used them once, but have moved them from house to house over 35 years. It's time to give them to someone who will actually use them. HMM!
