Summer is coming slowly to its end, we still have great, warm and

sunny late summer days.

The harvest of fruits and wine is in full swing, a wonderful time of year.

Many birds start their migration, storks and swifts have left us,

but the swallows still remain, feeding the last of their youngsters.

This is wild scabious that I got from a wild life garden display at Hampton Court Flower Show five years ago, it self seeds and comes up every year, the bees love it!
