The Delaware National Guard recently hosted a Joint Operations Center (JOC) Training Course — a vital step in sharpening our ability to respond effectively to emergencies right here at home.
This training is designed to enhance the operational readiness of our Citizen Soldiers and Citizen Airmen, providing staff from Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), Joint Task Force (JTF), and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) with the tools to plan, coordinate, and execute real-world operations in a high-stakes environment.
The focus? Delaware domestic operations. From natural disasters to statewide emergencies, this training ensures our teams are ready to lead, support, and protect our communities when it matters most.
Special thanks to our partners at the Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) who participated and continue to play a vital role in keeping the First State safe.
