It was fascinating watching these Buzzards standing in line to feed on this dead Pheasant.The most dominant birds were always first in line whilst the smaller.presumably younger birds, would stand back and wait their turn to feed.

I joined a Facebook group of local photographers recently and saw a post about a nearby gardens, Highdown Gardens in Worthing.
I've been living here for more than 20 years and had never heard of it, but what a gem of a place it was!
A series of small, perfectly kept gardens with gorgeous plants, a little pond with dragonflies and damselflies and the happy buzz of people from the town relaxing with picnics on a Sunday. I'm sure I'll be back soon :)

I found this wonderful abandoned crofe house on the island of Scalpay on Harris a couple of weeks ago and I could not resist pulling up and having my clients firing off a few shots before moving onto other locations.
The place was in a hell of a state but from high up on the moorland, it looked rather majestic in some outstanding scenery. I love photographing abandoned buildings and to wonder what kind of people once lived there interests me.
The sky was incredibly moody which lent a fantastic atmosphere to the scene. I hope you all like it. Feel free to share it if you wish :D

KP5 Aurora Borealis over the 200ft Skogafoss Waterfall, Iceland (midnight Sat 14th Oct 2017)
I have been wanting to capture the aurora over Skogafoss for a couple of years now and last night my dream became a reality.
I took my clients out to one of Iceland's most famous waterfalls around 10pm and for two hours we waited until the show built up into what you see here. The waterfall was lit by two head torches over a 30 second period which allows it to really stand out from the much darker rock and foliage around it.

Come join us tomorrow for our opening event in honor of artist Tresore Prada Hawkins! She will have many new, unposted works she created for the show on display along with several others. All will focus on a magical, fantasy theme along with Autumn :)
Tresore has always enjoyed anything to do with being creative in real life and Second Life. In her own words,
"I would like to touch the heart of people through my impression, thoughts, feelings , and I hope my images make you smile and dream a little".
Tresore has the special ability to create these moods, feelings and emotions in others with the time and thought she puts into each picture. She takes the time she needs to perfect the story, mood and feeling she is trying to portray by choosing the perfect pose, colors, clothing and scene. Then she puts it all together at the location within world she thinks will help achieve this goal.
