Thank you, Joe, for the pleasure of watching what I believe to be one of the greatest innings of all time, certainly the best I have ever seen, in the context of green pitch and strong bowling.
It was all for to avail. Hampshire made 39 for 0 before it rained, and rained, and rained...as it did for the whole of season 2012.
