World of Wheels car & bike show. Pgh, PA

So the Wizarding World is back with its own prequel-like saga. I’m not a Harry Potter guy but I do recognise all the many people that love this franchise with a passion, it’s like their Star Wars! So with this movie coming, I wanted to give the Harry Potter franchise another chance, a fresh start. So, did this movie get a new fan? Or is it going to lose some? Let’s check it out!

Good: I really like the concept of this movie. I think it’s cool that we get to explore what this world looks like in different countries like America! This movie did a really great job world building, I liked the designs of the different sorts of creatures. I think the actual “beasts” in this movie was my favorite part. I liked that platypus-hedgehog thing that took money, he was cool. Besides that, I liked Collin Farrel's performance in this movie, that’s all.

Bad: This movie was atrocious, I hated it! This movie was a complete mess full of one-dimensional characters, fake 1920’s American accents, and slapstick humor. The movie kept trying and trying to get me to care about these characters, but since I never got any real background on them, I just couldn’t care about them! Plus the acting was absolutely terrible, what in the hell was Eddie Redmayne doing?! He was doing this weird thing where he’d never look up while he was talking, it was so awkward! He’s an Oscar winner for Christ sake! Everybody else was forgettable, Ezra Miller was really weird in the movie, makes me kinda worried about him Justice League, but his character in this movie and Barry Allen are very different so I’m hoping for the best! Also the whole plot of the movie that’s in the title makes you believe they’ll be hunting for these beasts the entire time, but there’s some weird shit with Johnny Depp and stuff and I couldn’t care less. I was just on the edge of my seat waiting for this fucking movie to end, and when I thought it was going to, it just kept on going! Alright, that’s enough, I don’t want to spend one more minute talking about this shitbox.

God damn, this movie just makes me so angry! I think what makes me so angry is because the Rotten Tomatoes score and people I know were telling me that this movie’s great, but it was so damn bad! Just because I was so disappointed I was with this movie and how far it was from my expectations, I think this is the worst movie of the year! Even worse than Ninja Turtles, because at least I knew that movie was going to be bad! For these reasons, I’m going to give Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them a 3/10. I never want to think about this movie again!

Summer is really here at last, but I just can't take the heat! I'm really behind on uploads, still have two shoots worth of pictures to upload. I went London at the weekend with Alfie to visit exhibitions for my college work, it was 28 degrees and I wore factor 50 suncream but still managed to get burnt.

I finish college for good in just over a month, which means I am will no longer be a student anymore, it's a uneasy prospect to think about but exciting as well, I will finally be able to get out there into the job world and earn some fucking money!

Alfie took this, so credits to him. :p

Kaisha, 12 years old, helps her grandmother fetch water on a friday afternoon. In Sao Tome and Principe women and children fetch the majority of water for household uses in rural areas. Often this keeps them from attending school or working at a job. World Water Day is an excellent opportunity for us to highlight how many people around our still do not have access to a safe water supply or safe sanitation, and how this affects their daily lives.

One of the people I admire.

N.B, -- the image is not mine, it's copyrighted by someone else under Getty images

Well, here it is. My 60 second application video to the "Best Job in the World". This is the first time I've edited a video. Getting down to 1 minute was tricky, but I think I captured my 'essence' :-) I haven't had any luck getting it uploaded to the actual site yet, but decided to at least put it up here for now.

The only thing I liked about this was the cool or hot flame job. (World of Wheels 2006)
