My friend and neighbor, Yuuki, has been touring in Sufjan Stevens' band for the past two months. The tour was wrapped up with Sufjan's network debut on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. We had a viewing party at the Arcadia homestead in Seattle.

Took a trip up to NYC back in September to shoot The Roots in their rehearsal space at 30 Rock for mural imagery ideas. The space is tiny and I had to shoot everything at extremely high ISO and some ill advised shutter speeds. I was also ordered not to shoot an unnamed name who was in the room rehearsing with them. You can pick out a second named, name if you look closely at least one of the shots. This assignment was every bit as awesome as it looks. Blogged about it here:
