The space between First Name, Last Name, Departure City and Confirmation number/True Blue number could lead the user to think that all you need to enter is the Confirmation #.

If you enter Confirmation number or TrueBlue number JetBlue will already know the other info.

When you do that, the error message isn't obvious enough. There isn't one.

Just a little red box around Departure City.

This page needs to be redesigned to show that all the fields need to be entered.
