The gworls are passing a chilly weekend at home watching Squid Game Season 2. The consensus is that Season 1 can't be topped, but these new eps are still a good time.
Pizzazz is none too pleased about spending a Monday night at Misfits Music, but tonight is the deadline to submit the final photos, artwork, and track lists for all 35 variants of the band's latest album. Jem 'n' Them won't stand a chance at hitting #1 this time! 😜

(PSA: Those Barbie "Not-yoncé" boots don't truly fit IT Jem—but if you wish upon a star, they'll slide up just enough to be viewed from the front.
We're not sure who needs to know this, but that Rainbow High tour bus/stage playset is going for about $50 at Walmart right now. 👀
Jem and The Holograms broke in their new stage during rehearsal this weekend, and things went well! It's tough to read the "Rainbow High" backdrop when the band is onstage, but Jem sent Rio out more paper stars to polish up their rebrand. And maybe some extra spot lights, if he can find some.
Not trying to overwork an idea, but her sash took too long to make to only post once...so here's our favorite outtake from the Jem x Beyoncé Bowl shoot.
So, we were on a 2 week journey to add The Loyals Subjects Jem to the group.
Long story short(er), we had to turn to ebay for one (right), and lucked out on finding another during a quick restock on walmart.com (left). So we HAD to give crafting a proper Jerrica a shot!
We used some blonde root touch up spray to change her hair. Sadly, it didn't live up to the color on the label (the shade looks the same when sprayed on white paper towel, so it's not mixing with the pink). We also used a marker to tint her glasses. Not sure where they were going with giving her clear lenses.
All in all, we're just going to go with it. Maybe we'll try a different brand of color spray down the road.
We also noticed that these two have slightly different shades of hair (warmer vs cooler pinks), and seem to be rooted differently. "Jerrica" has a very clear center part, and simple round bangs. Whereas Jem's hair is bigger overall, no parting, and razor cut bangs.
If she ends up getting additional restocks, it will be fun to see how many variants get made after her run is over.

The "In Stitches" Jem doll with those intrusive bangs tied up with a rubber band. I then put the pink glitter tie to control all those curls even more. I wanna cut the bangs by 1/4th - is that a bad idea???
