Those Pram in inverse bell form show the upper of cosmos according the Tantrique buddhism , the upper area is representative of the nirvana and the ground level is about of this world with all situation about the human life !
The upper terrace have got 72 stupas with 3 part respectively with 32 stupas for the lower, 24 stupas for the middle level and 16 around the upper level and the Great stupa, showed here.
Each stupa include some buddha statue Bodhisattvas
