-25 (with a windchill of -38 degrees) was the Canadian Challenge last weekend to endure the best, capricious Mother Nature had to throw at us. A unique opportunity to have the beach all to myself! Busily, I took as many shots as possible, happily singing to myself. However the longer I stayed, I noticed my voice getting higher and higher ;)

Went to WWT Caerlaverock hoping to see the Yellowhammers, unfortunately the hawthorn hedges had all been flailed and looked awful. Birds were bright and bonny though
