I'm excited!! I was vibrating deeply on finding another ghetto blaster boombox. I had a vision for a sharp but guess what? I found this instead. Some lady had the box but couldn't get it to work and decided to leave it behind for another system. And now, I have this wonderful box home, already cleaned, overhauled, and ready for some playing time before I sit it on my display with the rest of her friends. The cost? Only $9.00!!! Only missing a screw and that's it. It does have some aging blemishes but it's clean, complete, properly working and sounds, FANTASTIC!!!

前言撤回。4年つかって分かったこと。
すばらしい、の一言。
当初は耳触りな高音が好きになれなかったものの、その後、心境の変化もあり、ピアノ曲をメインに聞くようになった2015〜2017年には、このJVCケンウッド製HA-FXT90が最高なヘッドフォンだと思えるようになりました。
その理由は、とにかく繊細な高音が伸びやかなこと。音の広がりも十分に感じます。新しいヘッドフォンを買おうとヨドバシ店頭で各社展示機と比較して選ぶも、結局、HA-FXT90に落ち着いてしまいます。
これは買って良かった。

ヘッドホンを新調。JVCケンウッド製HA-FXT90。ヨドバシで7,750円也。
愛用していたaudio-technica製ATH-CKS50が断線し買い替え（約1年半の寿命）。
ここ暫くはCKM50（断線）→CKS50（断線）とaudio-technicaを続けていたので、
当然の成り行きのようにATH-CKS77を買いに行った筈が、血迷ってHA-FXT90に鞍替え。
試聴した際の曲がSalyuの「夜の海、遠い出会いに」（ライブ版）だったんですが、
青天井に突き抜けるような歌声が美しく、思わず衝動的に買っちゃいました。
HA-FXT90は”ツインシステムユニット”なる実にJVCらしい奇抜な設計になっており、
兼ねてから試聴の度に気になっていたヘッドホンでした。ただ買うとは思わなかった。
音が良い・悪いは別にして（←おい、別にすんのかよ！）、
なかなか他には無い解像度というか音の分離性を持った音色を奏でてくれます。
聴き慣れた楽曲が「あー、こういう鳴り方するのかコレは」という感じです。
いままで気にしなかった音が聴こえてくる、そんな感じです。
・・・まぁ、でも、だからと言って必ずしも高音質では無いところが面白い訳で（苦笑）。
同価格帯のaudio-technica等と比較すると造りは粗く華奢な感じはしますが、
こーゆー面白い音を奏でてくれるヘッドホンは確保しておきたいな、と。

JVC BR-7000ERA - the professional version of the VCR industry in VHS (Video Home System), if anyone still remembers:) VCR, so called because the machine is commonly known, has an incredible advantage that can record sound on the whole width of the tape using a rotating head. Such a system would record a record called helical. Music recorded in such a way is definitely the best, better than the RTR - and that's saying something! Same hardware is made by the Japanese like a tank, a large transformer, high-quality capacitors, and a lot of tiles connected wires, and there are some, that is how I like it:)
The carrier itself is cheap and now nobody pays attention to him! Dominic Miller is simply great, naturally, with good dynamics and improves the well-recorded CD! Of course, the best source for 7000ERA is a turntable! There's no denying that the old recordings from the 60s and 70s sound perfectly, JVC BR gives them a little more analog charm and there is more space!
Best buy for a penny, the sound of a billion!

Mint condition, came in a hard shell case with tons of other bits, but no tapes !!!
The battery ( one only ) managed to charge after being on all night but i would doubt if there is more than 5 minutes of juice in it.
The thrift store near me was taking it to the dump because it did not work.
Well it powers up and the cassette door opens, but with no VHS-C tape as yet to try it im not sure if it plays/records ect.
Lovely bit of 1985 technology tho, cost close to $2500 back when it was new.
The dash kit that I bought appears to have been used before because there's small pry marks on the bezel around the radio. I may end up buying another one (they're cheap) or doing something to the dash kit anyway so it blends in with the rest of the interior a little better.
Eagle-eyed viewers will notice that this is the same stereo I had in my Protegé5. I don't know why you'd notice that, but there you go.
