A shot of beautiful Yuki enjoying the spectacular month of June. June is my favorite summer month. Everything is fresh and new and the meadows are full of wild daisies by the hundreds.
I wish I could bottle Yuki's joy of life and send it to those who need it. We are so grateful for each day that we have.

June Lake is a census-designated place in Mono County, California. It is located 12.5 miles south of Lee Vining, at an elevation of 7654 feet, on the June Lake Loop (Hwy 158).
This was taken a few years ago. It was one of the most brilliant sunrises I have ever seen. The silhouette of the dense group of trees, in full foliage, provided quite a contrast to the sky.
