Shot at 'Mediahafen' in the city of Dusseldorf.

A roseate spoonbill leaps off a tree with a small man-made object, headed back to its nest for some fine-tuning.

Nuthatch (Sitta europaea) This nuthatch seems to be jumping for joy at the sight of this pile of food!

This little guy jumped on my table. I could not resist.

Going for a swim at home :-)

My first time to see a jumping spider. It was on a topsoil bag in the yard.

An grown up Eurasian Lynx can jump 2,5m high and 7m long from where it stands (wihout running first).

Following this shot this cute and curious jumping spider pinged onto my camera lens!

Lately there has been an increase in these funny jumping spiders in our backyard. I like how they explore and look around. This one seemed to be analyzing me and my camera while I was taking shots. Makes it seem like such an intelligent animal.
