JS MN3A2 HPER Log 1:

JS Arms was well into the future of weapons systems. Energy was considered being weaponized. As a result test were done to perfect a technology to use energy instead of bullets. With permission from N3 inc. JS Arms used their already designed projected energy canister. With that canister the design was complete. When being fired, the sustem requires a 2 second charge time, and uses existing energy to further increase the energy output. After charging, a red ball of energy causes an emense amount of damage on the designated target. Dubbed the HPER (High Power Energy Rifle), was bult for anti- vehicle purposes. This design will be forever put into the JS Arms protoype vault, until further notice.
