The caption describes this as a Gloria, but it's actually a JDM-spec Leopard (not a model I've seen here myself). With numerous other big cars in the range, it was always difficult to know what the purpose of the Leopard was and it was dropped after this model.
Odd DVLA history on this one. It was first registered here in 2001 when just three years old, yet has apparently been untaxed since 2002. Ordinarily I'd have said it must have been written-off or stolen, but the caption says this photo was taken on 13/6/08. Very strange.

These very small cars that can be driven without driving license were "Invented" in France. Maximum speed of these cars is limited to 45 km/h (28 mph). JDM is one of the manufacturers of this type of cars.
