The Scarlett Gown — by Just BECAUSE
Blood drips like poetry across my gown, each scarlet trace a testament to the path I have walked. Through ghoul-haunted vales and past the shambling dead, I crossed the spider-webbed forests where silk clung like a thousand ghostly hands. Now, at last, I step into an enchanted forest, its emerald canopy glowing with eerie light, the moss underfoot whispering with forgotten voices.
It is here that the Scarlett Gown transforms me—its bodice sculpted in crimson lace that clings like spilled desire, its skirt a billowing cascade of white stained with a painter’s violence. The silhouette is timeless and dramatic: fitted high, sweeping low, regal in form yet feral in spirit. With PBR qualities, the gown shimmers with uncanny realism—blood catching the light as though wet, satin glinting like a midnight spell.
Every step I take, the matching heels echo, slender and sharp, crafted to mirror the gown’s dark romance.

My journey carries me further still—past the ghouls, beyond the zombies, through spider-webbed forests into this enchanted wood. But the path does not end here.
For this year, creators Tymus Tenk and Truck Meredith reopen the dark Elven gates of Shadowfell. Travelers may journey by elven boat or wander on foot into a fourth new region—the Ruins of the Elven City, now alive with a new tour unlike any before.
Among mossy ruins and luminous trees, my Scarlett Gown becomes more than fabric—it is a crown of blood and silk, a spell woven for those who dare walk the forgotten paths.
This is not a dress.
This is a passage into legend.

That's the I-255 Jefferson Barracks Bridge on a smoke filled sunset evening. At first I was disappointed that these clouds moved in after waiting for a smokey sunset, but it turned out OK.

CN 2898 leads a manifest over the busy UP/CN diamonds at JB in West Chicago, IL. JB tower is still manned. Amazing in itself in this day and age.
