Just some Ciabatta I baked today for Geoff's birthday. We'll be grilling some eggplant and zucchini and onions and other veggies to make a nice sandwich with it. Mmmm....Although I like it naked with a little dip of olive oil...

Oh, and yes, I'm beyond proud of that crumb!

We cooked a bunch of steaks last night and this was the result. I swear, it looks like an anti-smoking ad or "your-brain-on-drugs", doesn't it? I mean, ew.
