Yeah, we were screaming it's a trap all over Barcelona when we saw the name of this building on the map.
I really wanted to get closer to this building for some photographs, but being a tourist in a foreign country wandering the streets at night with expensive camera gear is risky business. So I had to settle for this view. Even though, I probably would've photographed this tall building with some sort of foreground subject to place it in the city visually.
The tower stands 33 stories tall and lights up different colors at night. Really something you have to see for yourself. The yellow street lights (which appear to be a standard around the world) has a nice effect next to the strong blue & red colors of the tower.

On a lark, one evening, I left my Havahart(tm) trap ready and set on my deck rail. It was un-baited so I figured it'd sit there a long time before anything set it off. On the contrary, these two managed to stumble in within the first 24 hours. There was even a third bird visiting the plennies.
The guy on right has a slightly yellowish beak so he might be a recent fledge, but on opening cage he took flight just as easily as his cell mate

You can park here, but you're forced to immediately J-walk. So why allow parking at all? Why not allow walking instead.

The original concept for this netrelease was modest. Tobias Hellkvist and Dead Letters Spell Out Dead Words are two sides of the same coin; both operate within the vast realm of drone, yet both are also quite distinctive and totally within their own spheres of sound and emotion. I figured: why not get the two together for a split netrelease, something to promote their new records -- for Tobias, that would be "Sides" and for Dead Letters aka Thomas Ekelund, that would be the forthcoming "Lost in reflections". A song from each, perhaps even an original composition if they were feeling generous, that would have been enough. Different, but completary. Yin and yang, even. But no, the concept immediately took on new life. The idea of previously released material was instantly nixed and then the idea of a collaborative track came about - something to tie the two sides together. And then, unbeknown to me, the collaboration became the project; a three-part epic spanning twenty-five minutes. The result of which I give to you today as a free download.
We SAW this poster while seeing (SAWING) Superbad for the second time.
I'd have more insight, but I never really SAW the first three movies.
I asked Damien to hold the pie so I could get some good shots and he happened to be wearing this shirt. I meant to take more food porn type photos but ended up with something so appropriately us.
If your in our lives you know two things. Baking pie and Star Wars are extremely important to us.
