Three legs sculpture above the main entrance at Noble’s Hospital. The sculpture, by Bryan Kneale RA, was unveiled on 7 May 2004, the day before the hospital's official opening.

Mr Kneale has also been commissioned for two other major works on the Island. In 1979 Mr Kneale created a free-standing three legs sculpture to mark the millennium of Tynwald. The sculpture is sited outside Ronaldsway Airport. Mr Kneale also created a silhouette relief of Henry Bloom Noble (after whom Noble's Hospital is named) for the Villa Marina in 2003.
