Mezquita Azul

Brilliant architecture inside the palace of Moghul emperor, Akbar, in Fatehpur Sikri, Uttar Pradesh, India
Isa Khan Niyazi was an Afghan noble in Sher Shah Suri's court of the Suri dynasty, who fought against the Mughals. His octagonal tomb, constructed in 1574, is positioned within an octagonal garden, which was built during his own lifetime and the reign of Islam Shah Suri, son of Sher Shah. It later served as a burial place for the entire family of Isa Khan. On the western side of the tomb lies a three-bay wide mosque, in red sandstone. The octagonal tomb bears a striking resemblance to other tombs of the Sur dynasty monuments in the Lodhi Gardens, in Delhi and demonstrates a marked progression in the development of the exquisite architectural style of the main tomb. Some of the architectural details present here were seen later in the main Humayun's tomb, though on a much grander scale, such as the tomb being placed in a walled garden enclosure.
In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most Kind
A blessed month is casting its shadow upon us
A night of this month is better than a thousand months
Bear with patience for the sake of Ar-Rahman
It's a continuous training to strengthen our Imaan.
Glory be to Allah who sent Ramadan as a mercy to mankind
Its a purification of our soul, our heart, and our mind
With the most sincere devotion and love we fast
To be cleansed and free from sins of the past
Glorified is He, who choseth this holy month,
To test our sabr and fill our hearts with warmth
Of his Divine Light, His blessings shall glow,
The Seer of the unseen, all He does know
Ya Allah! For thee, let my breath be more pleasant than musk
Ya Allah! For thee, let me be thankful when day turns to dusk
My thoughts and heart are purified, my eyes truly see'
This blessed month, the month of spiritual rhapsody!
Ya Allah! For thee, my life I shall live!
Ya Allah! For thee, my soul I shall give!
In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most Kind,
Praise be to Allah, who sent Ramadan as a gift to mankind
Ya Ramadan!, by Noor Syed..
His plight ?
Sunni Shia Alawites. the list goes on
because of baseless questionable historical beliefs
of questionable events that might or might not occured over a thousand years ago.
Factions segregate, fulminate hatred towards each other and bombs kill those who are named HERETICS simply because they dont share similar beliefs.
When one's beliefs kill other men then MAN has reached his lowest form of humanity and can no longer IMHO justify lethal attacks in the name of RELIGION.
This man made schism of beliefs is no longer peaceful tolerance
it is hatred and leads to chaos that we now see in the middle east, south Asia,
and i predict one day in the USA.
Photography’s new conscience

“The photo was taken in one of the rooms of the Gallery of Modern Art in Milan, Via Palestro. The statue in the foreground, inspired by the work of Casanova, is the Venus of Pompeo Marchesi… The image of the woman in a burqa instead is the work of an anonymous photographer… The two women (like their cultures), they look but do not speak. I wonder if one day (finally and without violence) they really will be able to talk to each other sharing what they can convey deeper?”
Thank Frizztext for the English translation and his blog flickrcomments.wordpress.com/2014/04/21/clash-of-cultures...
The word of islam comes from aslama which in literal translation means to leave your important property to the hands of somebody else. Therefore islam, the noun of aslama will be an attitude to leave everything to the will of God and those who did this are called muslim in Arabic. This is what my arab friend told me.
At the Imam Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab Mosque in Doha, Qatar.
Look-up shot at MIA, Museum of Islamic Art, Doha
The ceiling and the interior design of MIA itself is an artwork.
The light falling from the centre of the dome looks like a sun, surrounded by other stars and galaxies. The curved decoration at the bottom of the photo reminds me of the movement of the night sky.
I made light and shadow a bit clearer so that the exterior design looks more three-dimensional and deleted some noises such as the iron bars from the image with the help of Photoshop.
When I took this picture in 2014, I preferred to post the photos as they were shot at the sites. Lately, I can't resist adding the minimum adjustment with the effective use of Photoshop.
Thank you very much for taking your precious time to view my photography!
